Account Executive - Technology Sales at Loyalty Lab, Inc. in San Francisco, CA

TIBCO Loyalty Lab has an immediate opening for an Account Executive based in San Francisco.

TIBCO Loyalty Lab sells loyalty and customer relationship management solutions to consumer-facing brands. In this role, you will sell into the business and technology groups of large companies in verticals such as retail, CPG, travel, hospitality, financial services and e-commerce. We are looking for someone who can quickly understand the business needs of a senior executive and show how our products and services are the superior solution. (The title may say Account Executive, but we are really looking for people who can close the initial deal.)

The AE will be responsible for working with a wide variety of prospects to identify and develop opportunities, secure RFPs and coordinate responses, and manage deals to closure across all levels including the C-suite.

In addition to the above, the candidate must have the following qualifications:

  • At least 5 years experience providing exceptional sales results in the Loyalty and/or Marketing community.
  • Able to manage many relationships in parallel and demonstrate a "hunter" sales approach.
  • At least 3 years experience in complex software sales, either onsite or SaaS.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional face-to-face interaction and presentation skills.
  • Proficient with SFA tools, ideally salesforce.com.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with referencable relationships and should be comfortable with technical sales and strategic, consultative selling. Prior experience with large service providers a plus.

The position is based out of the San Francisco area, with travel required to prospects in the western US.  References for current or recent clients you have provided these services for will be required.
