Associate Account Manager at Loyalty Lab, inc. in San Francisco, CA

 

Loyalty Lab has an immediate opening for Associate Account Managers. This position will serve multiple clients as part of a high-performance account team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of large client account management, and a demonstrated track record of client satisfaction.

In this position, the Associate Account Manager will support the account team in successfully navigating issues, opportunities, and improvements. During the implementation phase, the Associate Account Manager will support the team to capture all requirements and translate into the tactical application configurations, as well as assist the Project Manager. Leading up to launch, the Associate Account Manager will support the client's UAT team and Loyalty Lab's QA team, ensuring each issue is tracked, with clear resolution steps and dates conveyed. At launch, the Accociate Account Manager will serve as a member of the client's team, offering any and all support to ensure the program launches smoothly. Post launch, the Associate Account Manager will providing problem solving skills in researching any perceived anomalies.  This position reports to the Account Manager.

In addition to the above, the candidate must have the following qualifications:

Proven ability for discerning the best path forward and articulating that to Clients.

At least 1 year experience in complex software implementation, either onsite or SaaS.
At least 1 year experience with issue tracking software, such as Salesforce Cases or Bugzilla.
At least 1 year experience providing exceptional client service.
Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in collaborating with both professional services and software development teams to deliver above and beyond for a client.
The ideal candidate may have an agency background, and should be as comfortable with technical investigation and limited technical support as with tactical and strategic support. Prior experience with large service providers or financial institutions a plus.

The position is intended to be based out of our San Francisco offices, with occasional travel required to your clients in the US. The position requires immediate availability. References for current or recent clients you have provided these services for will be required.
