Loyalty Strategist

TIBCO Loyalty Lab is a global leader in the development and implementation of marketing technology and programs for top-tier, global consumer brands.  We focus on one of the most important issues for our clients:  Locking in the loyalty of their most important customers and consumers in order to maximize lifetime value.

As a key element of our offering, we advise very high level marketers and marketing technologists on the design and optimization of their loyalty and best customer programs.  We are looking for the next member of our growing team.  This is a key hire – a special individual who will have the opportunity not only to grow professionally at a very rapid pace, but to have direct and immediate impact on how some of the highest-profile consumer brands in the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the overall formulation of loyalty program strategy and designs in heavy collaboration with senior TIBCO Loyalty Lab strategists and high-level client team members
  • Construct and utilize sophisticated economic sensitivity models to determine program viability and projected returns
  • Conduct customer interviews in locations around the country and the world to validate consumer sentiment
  • Formulate and analyze quantitative consumer research
  • Create compelling written documents for communicating results to team stakeholders
  • Manage the overall project timeline and delivery of results

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

We are looking for exceptional candidates only.  The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of skills – all of which are critical for success in this position.

  • 1-3 years in a highly strategic role -- ideally in a top tier consulting firm, digital/marketing agency, investment bank or in a similar consultant role with a top tier company
  • Analytic prowess – very strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Creative expression – the ability to create campaigns that create high levels of consumer engagement
  • Communications effectiveness – spoken, written, presentation; we work with savvy marketers with high expectations
  • Technology acumen  and application  – this is Silicon Valley, we use powerful technologies to solve business problems
  • Rigorous organization and prioritization – we’re busy and things move very fast
