Responsibilities:

TIBCO Loyalty Lab has an immediate opening for a Sales Account Executive/Sales Engineer based out of Chicago, Minneapolis, or Cincinnati.
In this position the Sales Account Executive/Sales Engineer will serve as the primary lead in developing, motivating and accelerating sales. Must have a proven track record in qualifying opportunities, building pipeline, supporting sales as sales engineer & expanding sales within existing relationships.
The Sales Account Executive/Sales Engineer will be responsible for working with a wide variety of prospects & customers to identify and expand tactical application configurations, as well as assist TIBCO Loyalty Lab Sales Executives to succeed with new deals. Leading up to launch, the Sales Account Executive/Sales Engineer will shift their role to accelerate revenue success: Pipeline conversion, tactical fit, RFP management, presentations and relationship management across all levels including the C-suite. Must have a proven ability to be a self-starter for Sales plans, progress tracking, clear resolution steps and date management.
The Sales Account Executive/Sales Engineer will serve as a key member of a rapidly growing sales team. After sell-in, the Sales Account Executive/Sales Engineer will act as a client advocate and leverage that relationship to capture added revenue and added reference-based sales pipeline.

In addition to the above, the candidate must have the following qualifications:
• At least 5 years experience providing exceptional sales results in the TIBCO Loyalty &/or Marketing Community.
• Able to manage many relationships in parallel and demonstrate a "grower" sales approach.
• At least 4 years experience in complex software sales, ideally for a SaaS type product.
• At least 2 years experience with marketing automation, ideally in the Retail, CPG, Financial Services areas.
• Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in collaborating with both professional services and software development teams to accelerate and maximize sales success and efficiencies.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with technical sales and strategic, consultative selling. Prior experience with large service providers a plus.
The position is based out of the Chicago, Minneapolis, or Cincinnati area, with travel required to your clients in the US. The position requires immediate availability.References for current or recent clients you have provided these services for will be required.
